Section 106 Developer Contributions Spd
This document sets out the Council's aims in relation to the process for the negotiations to secure/procure planning obligations prior to and during the processing of planning applications.
The Council has adopted the S106 Developer Contributions SPD and so therefore it is a material consideration in determining planning applications. A copy of the adopted SPD is available to download.
