This is why we are committed to the idea of ‘You said; We Did’
You said; we did is about demonstrating that when we ask for ideas and views we use them to make changes and improvements. It is also about communicating this back to the consultees and the wider community because perception/reputation won’t improve unless we tell people that we are listening and acting.
To make sure we do this we carry out a number of surveys to find out how satisfied people are with the services we provide and how we can make improvements.
