Charnwood Borough Council are keen to increase the number of Tenants and Residents groups around the Borough.

Here are some points that might be useful if you are interested in forming a group:

• The Council may be able to provide funding if a number of tenants are on the committee
• Your group will need to show sufficient capacity to manage their budget
• It is useful to have clear aims for your group
