Litter

The litter problem in and around Shelthorpe has grown considerably over the last few months.

The Association has been successful in obtaining from Charnwood Borough Council agreement for four extra litter bins ( 2 before the end of March 2006 and 2 after April 2006). These will be included in the litter bin emptying service.

In addition the Charnwood Borough Council has also agreed to an ‘Estate Inspection’, with a view to having a major ‘spring clean’. Are you aware of any particularly bad ‘grot spots’ if so get in touch. Email: sca.association@ntlworld.com
