New Customers
PLEASE NOTE: If you a new customer & wish to join the scheme, please be aware that there are two annual subscription rates as detailed below:
Option 1 - Annual Direct Debit.
The cost of the service is £15.00 a year for customers who wish to pay annually by Direct Debit. We are still in the process of implementing this change and at this time can only accept payments of £15.00 by cash, cheque or using the on-line service for card payments. Following your payment we will write to you with details of how you can set up a Direct Debit for the service.

ONLINE Application Form to join the Garden Waste Collection Scheme and elect to pay using Option 1 the Direct Debit method of payment at a cost of £15 per annum. -

Option 2 - Other Payment Methods
If you choose not to pay by Direct Debit, the charge will be £26 per year. Please select the appropriate on-line or downloadable application form below.

If you are unsure about when your COLLECTION DAY is you can find out by entering your postcode in to My Charnwood where you will find bin collection dates relevant to your area, together with your nearest recycling points.
Frequently Asked Questions (1)
Charnwood Borough Council are not obliged to provide these services for free . All the other Councils in Leicestershire charge for bulky waste collections, Charnwood being the last one to introduce a charge.
