Transport and Streets
We have set Service Standards for a range of the services we provide. These are designed to advise you of the service you can expect from us and we hope you find them useful.

Leicestershire County Council is responsible for most transport and highways matters. The Borough Council has the following involvement:
- Works closely on public transport issues through Quality Bus Partnerships and other joint projects
- Manages several public car parks in Loughborough and some towns and villages
- Contributes to concessionary travel for elderly and disabled people
- Responsible for some bus shelters in Loughborough
- Responsible for street cleansing and street name plates throughout the Borough
