Temporary Accommodation
TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION
Although Charnwood Borough Council will try and prevent people from becoming homeless wherever possible, sometimes there will be no option but to place people to whom we have a duty to house into temporary accommodation. In some cases this will be empty council properties and in emergencies this may sometimes be Bed and Breakfast accommodation for a short period of time.
There are also a number of Hostels that provide temporary accommodation within the Borough. You can contact some of these yourself, but for others you will need to be referred by other organisations.
