The "Right to Buy" Scheme for Council Tenants
Tenants of Council dwellings may qualify to buy their house under the terms of the Housing Act of 1985.
To begin the "Right-to-Buy" process you will need to fill in an application form RTB1. Forms are available through Mrs Sue Brown in Property Services, telephone 01509 634621, who can also answer any initial questions you may have.
