The Arts Culture and Heritage Section covers a wide range of services; including arts and participatory arts and the delivery of creative programmes aimed at hard to reach and disadvantaged communities delivered through key partners, creative industries, tourism, heritage, entertainment, markets, festivals and events including Loughborough Street Fair, the operational aspects of Town Centre management including the support of the Town Centre partnership and leads corporately on children and young people.
