In the Autumn of 2006, Charnwood Borough Council consulted with residents; businesses and other interested parties in the Borough about our plans for the future development of Loughborough Town Centre up to the year 2020.

As well as making an online questionnaire available to residents via the website and to our partners, we carried out a number of events were held at the following locations:

• The Rushes Centre, Loughborough Saturday 5th August and
Saturday 26th August
• Asda, Thurmaston Friday 11th August

Saturday 19th August
• CO-OP, Shepshed Friday 18th August
• Syston Town Square Thursday 24th August
• Morissons, Gorse Covert Friday 25th August
• Budgens, Mountsorrel Thursday 31st August
• Loughborough Mela, Southfields Park Sunday 3rd September (12 noon – 5.00 p.m.)
