Have Your Say! Here at the Council we place great value on providing an excellent service to our customers and we want you to help us to make sure that we continue to do so by taking part in a short survey.

We have written a number of key service standards by which we can be judged.These have been based on the things that visitors, room hirers and performers have told us are most important.
