10 Week Permit

10 week permit passes are available to Loughborough Town Centre retailers and businesses. The charge for an all-day parking permit for a period of 10 weeks (Monday to Friday inclusive) 6am to 6pm is £228.00

Please note: In the interest of security, car park permits will only be issued on personal application at Southfield’s Offices

An all-day permit allows you to park, subject to car parking space availability, at any of the following Council owned car parks. Monday to Friday 6am to 6pm.
On receipt of payment you will either receive a bar coded permit or paper permit for display on your dashboard depending on your choice of car park. Only one type of permit can be issued per user.

As Beehive Lane is a 'Pay on Foot' car park the permit is in the form of a bar coded pass. The pass will allow entry and exit to the car park according to the weeks when the permit has been purchased for.

Paper permits for other car parks
For Pay and Display car parks will issue a paper permit for display on the dashboard while parking. These can be used at the following sites:

Southfield Road (Extension)
Macaulay House
Pinfold Gate

An all-day car parking permit does not allow you to park in designated “Short stay”/ “Disabled” or in any area other than a marked bay.

If you wish to park in any Council owned car park Monday to Friday 6pm to 12pm and Saturdays 6am to 12pm you must purchase a standard car parking ticket in accordance with the charges current at the time.

Where a Bank holiday occurs on a weekday within a car park permit period, the permit expiry date will be extended by an equivalent weekday.

An all-day paper permit must be displayed on the inside of your windscreen in the vehicle using the holder provided, so that all particulars are visible from the outside of the vehicle.

As an incentive, to encourage car sharing, the permit may be transferred to another vehicle. Therefore if for any reason, a permit is not displayed and a penalty has been issued, production of a valid in-date permit will not result in the penalty being cancelled.

A replacement for a lost permit can be obtained from the Council Offices, a charge of £10.00 will apply. Additional self adhesive permit holders may be purchased at 0.25p

Refunds for 10 week permits are only available for outstanding periods of 4 weeks or more.
