The questions under this section have been considered.

Although the council may record this information, we do not request this information from companies when going through a contract tendering process and therefore any information we do hold may not be accurate.  The time required to try to locate and retrieve the information requested would exceed the appropriate limit for dealing with requests set out in section 12 of the Act and the Appropriate Limit and Fees Regulations.  The Council would normally wish to offer suggestions as to how some of the information could be provided or how a differently worded request could result in information being provided within the terms of the Act and the Regulations.  However due to the complexity of the information requested in this case this does not appear possible.

We are unable to estimate the level of budget that will be allocated for grants in 12/13 as some grants are allocated during the year depending on bids received for those grants.

We currently have allocated:

£181,092.22 in grants

£153,015.22 through SLA’s

£204,984 through Strategic Partners
