Question

I am conducting research on CCTV Control Centres in the UK for a report titled 'Cutting the Red Tape: Transitioning public sector services to the open market'. The aim of this study is to investigate the possibility of a public sector service being converted into a commercial public-private ownership.

I am interested in obtaining a national picture of how Local Authorities currently operate their CCTV Control Centres and the service provisions they provide within their CCTV Control Centres.
