Question

...Does the council specifically employ an individual or individuals to ensure the authority is meeting its responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010. If so could you please provide the job titles of these individuals. Can you please state how long they have been working at the council.

...Could the council please provide a full list of Equality and Diversity impact assessements (or similar) which it has carried out as a response to the Equality Act 2010. These assessements could look at existing council policies and or services and or employment practices or they could be looking at new innovations and or procedures and or plans. In each case can you provide the full title of the assessment, the date it was published and or completed and the cost of carrying it out. Please do include details of assessments that are ongoing. It is likely some of these assessments may have been carried out prior to 2010.

....Could you please supply copies of all the aforementioned equality and diversity assessements or similar.

....Could the council please provide copies of all written instructions on diversity and or equality and or inclusiveness issued to staff and which have either been created in response to and or feature information about the Equality Act 2010. The material will include but not be limited to guidance on the appropriate use of language and behaviour in the workplace.
