Question

The Government plans to introduce the Universal Credit and plans to incorporate Housing Benefit within that structure.

I am writing to make a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Q1: Name of your council:

Q2: How is the service supplied (please state which)
i. By directly employed council staff
ii. By directly employed council staff that are part of public - public shared services agreement

Q3) Are you currently engaged in a procurement exercise for the provision of housing benefit services?
