please let me have the number of councillor ward referral requests in planning applications received by the councillors in the Garendon ward in 2010 individually. Of these how may were grant conditionally applications.
In 2010 how many did the Borough receive as a total.
Also how many ward referral request in planning applications has Councillor Max Hunt done this year for the Garendon Ward.
A total of 11 planning applications were received for the Garendon Ward in 2010.
2 of these applications were referred directly to Plans Committee,
1 was referred to Plans Committee following the Ward referral process,
3 followed the Ward referral process but were determined by officers under delegated powers,
5 were determined by officers under delegated powers.
There were a total of 270 Ward referrals across Charnwood in 2010
Councillor Hunt requested one of the above applications, which was referred to Plans Committee to be so referred.
2 of the 11 applications were refused planning permission the others were granted. One was a Committee decision and the other followed the Ward referral process but the decision was taken by officers under delegated powers.
