1) All documentation the council holds in relation to the noise problems at Prestwold Hall including, but not limited to, any advisory letters, correspondence with councillors and officers, notes of meetings and either residents, the landowner(s) the operators or any other person(s) in relation to the Prestwold Hall activities;
2) Any internal documents such as officer notes, reports, monitoring, noise data, advices etc;
3) Details of all complaints received but the Council about the problems;
4) Details of the Councils reporting (e.g. that the council will investigate the matter) and the outcome/conclusion of and action taken
5) Any other relevant documentation


Attached is a document which shows all complaints received relating to motor vehicle activity at Wymeswold Airfield since 2006 and also details our action taken.

Also attached are two PDF documents.  The first shows the original planning permission granted and the second is a planning enforcement notice from 2005 which states that product training and demonstrations by vehicle manufacturers is a breach of the planning permission.   The Plans committee report relating to this planning enforcement notice can be found at the following webpage:
