The National Landlords Association (NLA) exists to protect and promote the interests of private residential landlords. The NLA seeks a fair legislative and regulatory environment for the private rented sector, while aiming to ensure that landlords are aware of their statutory rights and responsibilities. Under the freedom of information the NLA would request the following:
The legislation for the introduction is clear on what the license fee money can and cannot be spent on. The NLA would like to see an itemisation of the accounts for the introduction of Selective Licensing, along with a breakdown of how the money has been spent?
Could this be done per year, since the introduction of the licensing scheme?
