Please answer these questions by email.

Do you produce a physical council newsletter or newspaper? Do you deliver it to households? How often is this newsletter produced? Is it in colour or black and white? How much did you spend in total in the last financial year on such material? What was your total advertising revenue in the last financial year for adverts placed in your material? What was the net profit/loss on this material in the last financial year?

Do you send email newsletters? How often do you produce these email newsletters? How many email addresses do you have in your database?

Do you broadcast council meetings over the internet? If so, which meetings?

Do you provide Wi-Fi in the viewing gallery for public use during council meetings?

Do you deliver it to households? Yes
How often is this newsletter produced? Three times a year
Is it in colour or black and white? Colour
How much did you spend in total in the last financial year on such material? £0
What was your total advertising revenue in the last financial year for adverts placed in your material? £0
What was the net profit/loss on this material in the last financial year? £0. Charnwood News is produced as part of a wider Corporate Advertising Contract which is operated by an external supplier. There is no monetary risk to the Council.
 
Do you send email newsletters? How often do you produce these email newsletters? No – we currently do not have a central database of customers but this is an area we are looking to develop.
How many email addresses do you have in your database? N/A
 
Do you broadcast council meetings over the internet? No
 
Do you provide Wi-Fi in the viewing gallery for public use during council meetings? WiFi is available in the building where council meetings are held, however this is administered by the organisation who manage the booking for the council chamber.

We are unable to provide a hard copy of our last newsletter, however I have attached a PDF version.
