Question

1a) Does the council or contracted funeral publicise notices of public health funerals so family or friends can attend the funeral before the funeral takes place?
1b) If yes, where is this published?
1c) Please provide a template of the notice placed by the council or contracted funeral director for the public health funeral.
2) Please provide name, address and email address of the contracted funeral director who places these notices so family or friends can attend the funerals prior to the funeral taking place.
3) For each public health funeral please provide :
3a) The deceased persons first name and surname
3b) The deceased persons date of death and date of birth
3c) The last known residence of the deceased
3d) Has the next of kin of the deceased been traced?
3e) The date on which these details and any additional details have been referred to the Treasury Solicitor, Duchy of Lancaster, Duchy of Cornwall, QLTR, National Ultimus Haeres, or any other organisation.
3f) Name of any other organisation that these details have been passed to.

3) You have not specified a time period for question 3.  Please could you let me know when you would like this information from?  For your information, Charnwood Borough Council has not carried out any public health funerals in 2013
