Answer

1. How many tenants (resident in homes for which you have responsibility for maintenance) did you have in financial year 2011-2012 (those who were tenants at any time of the year)? 6324 tenancies

2. How many complaints did you have from your tenants about damp or mould in their homes in financial year 2011-2012?
14 Official complaints regarding damp
475 reports to Housing Maintenance team relating to damp or mould (in 352 properties)

3. What was the estimated total cost of responding to those requests in financial year 2011-2012?
We do not hold any information in relation to costs of responding to official complaints.  None of the 14 complaints resulted in compensation being paid.
The costs charged against the repair orders for the 475 reports of damp or mould total £52,395.03
