How much money has actually been paid and what for

how much of the money paid has actually been spent and what on.

Answer

As at 1 August 2013 how many houses have been completed on Hallam Fields and based on the criteria contained in the agreement how much S106 funding should have been paid on the based on that number of houses.
The developer is obliged under the 106 agreement to report to us each year the number of occupations as at 16th June. They are not obliged to provide that information at any other date in the year, nor are they obliged to report on completions of builds.

As at 16th June 2013 there were approximately 500 occupations of the site in question.

I have attached the S106 agreement which sets out what monies will be paid at what stage of the development.

How much money has actually been paid and what for and how much of the money paid has actually been spent and what on.
