1. The number of households who were in council tax arrears of a) any amount and b) more than a month at any point in the financial years 1 April 2011 – 31 March 2012, 1 April 2012 – 31 March 2013, and 1 April 2013 - 31 march 2014
2. The amount written off in council tax arrears in the financial years 2011/12, 2012/13, and 2013/14 by your council
3. The number of Liability Orders obtained against unpaid council tax in the financial years 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14
4. The number of bailiff visits instructed by the council relating to council tax arrears in the financial years 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14
5. What was the amount of arrears outstanding as of April 1st 2014? and
6. As of April 1st 2014, number of households a) with any amount of arrears b) who are in arrears by over a month c) who are in arrears by over 3 months

1. The number of households who were in council tax arrears of a) any amount and b) more than a month at any point in the financial years 1 April 2011 – 31 March 2012, 1 April 2012 – 31 March 2013, and  1 April 2013 - 31 march 2014
We are unable to provide information as requested.  
We are able to provide the number of summonses issued for arrears:

We are unable to provide this information.
While we do hold the information requested, in the form of individual’s Council Tax accounts, it is not held in a manner which allows easy collation of the information requested.  The time required to go through each Council Tax Account to find whether it was in arrears in April 2014 and how long it has been in arrears would exceed the appropriate limit for dealing with requests set out in section 12 of the Act and the Appropriate Limit and Fees Regulations.
