Description

Apparently built as a Worshop/Factory. Now used as Artists Studios (Albert Street Artists). Mid C19. Gothic Revival styling. Red brick with expressed plinth, raking brick corbel detail under gable coping and horizontal brick corbel detail under eaves. Slate pitched roof. 3 bays. Centre bay with off centre entrance flanked by transverse gable fronted bays with upstanding parapet and stone coping. Stone pointed arch above entrance door with glazed fanlight. Stone lintols and coping to upstanding gables. Tall windows. 4 centred relieving arch with alternating brick and stone voussoirs above stone framed gable windows. Tympanum infilled with diamond pattern terra-cotta tiles
