An array of artisan street food and craft beers will be on offer in Loughborough on October 6-8.
The street food and craft beer market will have a variety of ready to eat food available, from specialty meats to Greek and Indian cuisine. The event will also have British and international craft beers, ciders and gins on offer.
The market has been organised by Charnwood Borough Council, in partnership with The Market Square Group.
Sylvia Wright, Head of Leisure and Culture at the borough Council said: “This is the first time the market has visited Loughborough.
“It’s fantastic to be able to bring such a variety of food and drink to the town and we hope that residents and visitors enjoy what’s on offer.
“This is just one of a number of special events that we have planned for the marketplace, so keep an eye out on our website for what’s to come.”
There will also be entertainment during the day, including live bands, a bar area and fairground rides for children.
The market is free to attend and will be open:
Friday – 11am-6pm
Saturday – 9am-6pm
Sunday – 10am-5pm
The event will start after the weekly Vintage Market held every Friday and the Retail Market on Thursday and Saturday.
