Polish Club Ukraine Appeal

The Polish Community Centre in Loughborough is still accepting donations for its appeal to help Ukrainian refugees.

There is a full list of items below. They can be dropped off at the club on Sunday March 6 from 4.30pm. Please note they do NOT WANT clothes.

If you have large donations, please message them in advance to arrange delivery.

Also, on Sunday the club will be holding fundraising events including a collection box, cake sale, lottery tickets and more. People are invited to attend and support the appeal.

The club is located at True Lovers Walk, LE11 3DB. Visitors are encouraged to park at Loughborough Leisure Centre and walk to the club.

Only new and in date items. No glass bottles.

  • Sleeping bags - new
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Toothbrushes
  • Toothpaste
  • Wet wipes
  • Pampers and sanitary napkins
  • Dressings
  • Bandages for dressings Celox (ie granules for quick staunching blood and gauze)
  • Turnstiles/tourniquets to stop blood
  • Flashlights with batteries
  • Instant food (soups/noodle pots)
  • Energy bars
  • Instant oats

The club is working with organisations in Stargard in Poland who will distribute the items to help Ukrainian refugees.
