Local residents and visitors to Charnwood are being encouraged to take a short walk to the Outwoods in Loughborough to see the beautiful annual display of bluebells.
Charnwood Borough Council’s ranger service is hosting a guided bluebell walk at the Outwoods on Friday April 29 at 10am.
The stunning display of bluebells at the north side of the ancient woodland have made an early appearance this year and could only be in bloom until the beginning of May.
The guided walk will start at 10am from the Outwoods car park on Woodhouse Lane and people are asked to meet near the large information board. The mile-long walk lasts for around an hour and has a couple of inclines.
For more information about the bluebell walk please contact the Ranger Service on Charnwood.email@example.com or 07890999176.
