The Performance Scrutiny Panel receives quarterly performance reports to monitor progress against targets which support the delivery of our objectives as set out in the Corporate Plan. 

The panel aims to be forward and outward looking and reviews performance through investigating how it can be improved.

The report of how we have performed in the previous quarter against the Corporate Indicators and the objectives set out in the Corporate Plan is provided below.

Quarterly reports

The quarterly report presents detailed performance results for the quarter and provides explanations and commentary in respect of poor performance or non-achievement of targets, and details of remedial actions being taken where appropriate.

The Panel has the option to use the performance information to suggest new items for the scrutiny work programme to the Scrutiny Management Board.
