Framework agreement

A framework agreement is an agreement that is established between one or more contracting authorities or economic operators. 

Contracting authorities may not access a framework unless the authority is identified in the OJEU notice as a permissible user.

When awarding contracts based on a framework agreement, we may under no circumstances make substantial amendments to the terms laid down in the framework. You may access EU compliant framework agreements from the following Consortium and government bodies:
