Applying for housing

Everyone who has a right to rent in the UK can apply for private rented accommodation, and we would strongly advise you to consider this option. There is more availability in a greater range of locations.

Private Rented Accomodation

Affordable homeownership is an option for people who can't afford to buy a property on the open market but who wish to get onto the housing ladder.

Affordable home ownership

Supported accommodation can be useful for people who have never lived on their own before, or have had difficulties when they have had their own tenancy in the past.

Supported accommodation

We have approximately 1,200 households currently on our housing register who are waiting to access social housing. On average, only 17% of people on the register were housed on average each year.

We therefore advise residents to consider alternative options earlier like moving to private rented accommodation or home ownership

If you would like to join the register you can do so by completing the application form.
