The Charnwood Mental Health Network is supporting Mental Health Awareness week which takes place from Monday May 13 - Sunday May 19, 2019.

The week long campaign will include events and sessions to encourage people to take time out of their daily routines to relax and help improve their wellbeing. Between May 13 and May 17 a series of events will be held across the borough in Loughborough, Shepshed, Barrow upon Soar and Sileby.

The week will include exercise classes, singing cafes and walking events.

Monday May 13

Shepshed Health Walk
Meet at 10.30am at Hall Croft, Shepshed (opposite the library)
Walks last up to an hour and take in a variety of routes

Fun sessions for children aged 0-4 and their parents to enjoy stories, song and rhymes. An opportunity for families to meet and make friends

Active Minds – Beginner’s Pilates
