Prepare for Winter

Dear Customers, please be aware that there could be disruptions to online payments on Sunday September 22 between 8am and 12pm due to essential maintenance taking place. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Winter's low temperatures can cause problems for our tenants and their heating systems and our repairs service is sometimes put under huge pressure.

Various systems have been put in place to help our engineers get to those in need as soon as possible but we'd also like to let tenants know about ways in which you can help.

British Gas has produced some videos to help you to prepare for winter and also show you how you may be able to fix some simple problems yourself, removing the need for an engineer's visit.
