Procurement team

The Procurement team provide the council with a central procurement unit, a corporate resource which leads on letting corporate contracts and supporting projects, whilst allowing departmental purchasing officers to procure within our corporate procedures. 

The Procurement team are responsible for the creation of our Procurement Strategy and for ensuring that all contract procedures are followed by officers undertaking the tendering process.
