We are carrying out our Residents' Survey for 2023.
As in previous years, we are asking a random sample of the Charnwood population for their views on the borough, our services and satisfaction levels.
This means the survey is not open to everyone.
We have commissioned an external company, Marketing Means, to manage the survey. They are writing to a random sample of homes across Charnwood and inviting residents to give their views via an online survey. Paper copies are available but if you receive a letter, full details are included.
Marketing Means will also be carrying out some face-to-face interviews at various locations across the borough.
The aim is to produce a number of completed surveys which give a representative view of the population of Charnwood.
These views will help us develop our next corporate strategy which will set out the Council's aims and ambitions.
Letters will be posted to homes from the week commencing July 3, 2023.
