Pavement cafe licences

A licence is needed to put tables and chairs on the street outside business premises, to create a street cafe or to use street or pavement space for displays.

Leicestershire County Council would normally issue these licences, however due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic new legislation has been introduced that allows the Council to issue these instead up to 30/09/2021. For more information please visit the Pavement Licence webpage.
