Our employees are here to help you, and they should be polite and fair at all times. In return, they expect the same level of courtesy from you.

We believe it is unacceptable for our employees to be subjected to verbal or physical assault whilst they are carrying out their duties. Therefore, it is our policy to take legal action against anyone behaving violently or using threatening behaviour towards Charnwood Borough Council staff.
