Community vaccination centre at Southfield Road

Customers may experience online payment disruptions on Sunday April 18 between 4-7am due to essential maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please direct inquiries regarding the vaccination centre to the NHS, including appointment queries, issues and disputes. Please do not contact Charnwood Borough Council.

Charnwood Borough Council’s offices on Southfield Road, Loughborough is currently hosting a community-based vaccination centre.

You will be contacted by your GP practice to book your vaccination when your turn comes and you will be advised where you need to go.

Please do not contact your practice enquiring about the vaccine before then.

Parking at the centre

All visitors to the centre must park in the Beehive car park on Beehive Lane, Loughborough. There is disabled access on the ground floor.

There is a drop-off and collect area for disabled visitors at the centre on Southfield Road.

Please follow the signage to the vaccination centre entrance as it is not the same entrance as to the main council offices.

Booking your vaccinations through the NHS

If you've been sent a letter you can book your vaccination appointments online. 

You can only use this service if you have received a letter inviting you to book your vaccination appointments. You can also use this service for someone else. 

Letters are being sent out by the NHS every week – you might not get your letter straight away.

You do need to be registered with a GP surgery in England. You can register with a GP if you do not have one.
