Leicestershire Warm Homes Fund Project

The Leicestershire Warm Homes Fund is an initiative managed by Leicestershire County Council to deliver free first-time gas central heating systems to eligible homes across the county.

The scheme is open to private tenants and homeowners.

Switching to gas central heating can save your household up to £350 each year off your annual fuel bill.

Important update – December 2021

Please note that Warm Homes Fund has now closed to new applications for first time central heating.

The project is now focused on delivering remaining installations which must be completed by end of March 2022. Receipt of measures is subject to survey and the capacity to deliver them before project closure.
