If you struggle to exercise on your feet due to a long-term illness, it's even more important to try to exercise.

Exercise can improve your mood and is really beneficial for your mental health, and you can do this while you sit in a chair. Try doing a series of repetitive movements while sitting down that will improve your posture and balance.

Seated Exercise Class

Our chair-based exercise session is a fun and social class which can help improve balance, coordination and mobility.

The session is run with support from Parkinson's UK, and is suitable for people with Parkinson's, Dementia and Stroke patients as well as people with limited mobility.

Please remember to bring loose, comfortable clothing and shoes, and don't forget a drink!
