This workshop will show you how easily and effectively you can reduce the muscular tension that seems to cause us such problems in these areas.
Learn simple somatic movements to do throughout the day that will keep you supple at your desk, as well as longer-term self-care strategies to maintain comfort and ease of movement in these areas - AND the rest of your body!
