Nigel Feetham teaches an 8 week course which combines simple but extremely effective techniques that have been tried and tested over centuries in the Zen tradition, with recent scientific research into the benefits of mindfulness. Both meditation and mindfulness help you to develop the inner resources to cope with the challenges you face in life. This course is suitable if you want a complete introduction to meditation but also if you need to deal with particular stress related problems.
