House, C18, front rendered probably C19. Whitewashed rendered brick with granite rubble stone plinth and moulded and dentilled brick band on left end, and C20 corrugated tile roof with rendered right ridge and right end stacks. 2« storeys of a 3 light horizontal sliding sash and two 8/8 sashes. Similar on ground floor with plank door centre left. Stuccoed surrounds representing stonework. On right end two C20 1 light first floor 2 light and attic 1 light. The first floor band curves upwards in centre over blocked former window. This end is now rendered but originally has patterned brickwork. The style of the band is very similar to that on No. 42 Ratcliffe Road, Thrussington (q.v.).
