| Description | House of mid C18. Red brick on slate and granite rubble stone plinth with brick bands, moulded brick cornice and Swithland slate roof with end and central ridge stacks. Gable facing. 2« storeys of 4 sash windows, 8/8 with 6/6 over door centre right. Hipped « dormers above with 3 light casements and 2 light casement over 6/6, 8/8 sash to left, otherwise 12/12 sashes on ground floor. Renewed doorcase and door with overlight. One storey C20 extension to left. On right end facing Green two ground floor C20 round arched fixed lights with similar upper right. Basement 2 light and small frame with door in plinth. Similar fixed light to rear with other casements. Group value with Nos. 4 and 20 The Green. |
