Originally a Cattle Bridge. Now carries light road traffic. BWB No 41. Late C18. Mellow red brick. Elliptical barrel vault construction with brick on end dressing to arched opening. Bullnosed stone and terra-cotta copings to parapet and terminal piers. On N fa‡ade, pier on L abuts random Mountsorrel granite retaining wall. Projecting string course at base of parapet traces line of carriageway. Disfigured by ugly service pipe on S fa‡ade.
