Please take at look at the exempt building work page, there is also an exempt application form you may submit for a small fee, for this we will consider your proposal and confirm in writing if the works are exempt or not.  The answer will be in writing and recorded for 15 years on our database.
(Where necessary this includes a site visit, the maximum time allowed is 1 hour)
