The Council is committed to putting customers at the heart of everything it does and works hard to ensure that services are accessible to all customers and offer value for money.
The Customer Services team is often the first contact you will have with the Council, whether that is face-to-face in the Customer Service Centre at the Southfield Road offices in Loughborough, or over the phone through the Contact Centre.
Along with providing you with support, the team deals with complaints and compliments and works with services across the Council to enhance your experience.
The team is responsible for:
- Front line customer service face to face and telephony
- Freedom of Information requests
- Complaints, compliments and customer feedback
