FOI request - TPO’s (Tree Preservation Orders)

This webpage is designed to help you find the information you want about Tree Preservation Orders (TPO's) as quickly as possible, without having to submit an FOI request.

The Council’s interactive map includes a layer to show tree preservation orders. 

Visit the interactive maps webpage, where you can navigate the relevant address, and then click on the map layers, choose Ecological and then select TPOs. 

Further information on each TPO can then be accessed by clicking on the individual green circles.

If you require an actual copy of a TPO, these are available upon payment of a fee. Further information can be found on the TPO webpage.
