As a condition of your lease, we take out building insurance cover for your property.
An amount is included within your service charge to cover the insurance premium.
Leasehold properties are currently insured with Aspen Insurance.
The policy is renewed annually on June 1.
The policy insures the structure of the building and its fixtures, but it does not insure the contents of your home. This is your responsibility and you are strongly advised to make your own arrangements.

How do I make a claim?
To make a claim please contact the insurers directly either by telephone or email as below quoting the policy number: NOA8N5P17AOX.

Please include the policy number, date of loss, nature of the claim, any photos and contact details to enable Aspen to log the claim.
