| Description | Water Mill. Probably C18. Vernacular styling. Mellow red brick with segmental brick arched heads to window and door openings. Swithland slate to all roofs. Main building 3 storeys (including attic), ventilation holes to apex of east gable.with 2 storey wing (including roof space). By-pass sluice and footbridge still intact. Attractive composition deserving informed restoration. |
